Force sync from device to itunes

Hello,

My iTunes go corrupted and after it rebuilt, it wants to push a bunch of apps I deleted off my iPad from iTunes to my iPad.

If I delete all my apps from iTunes it tells me it will also delete them from my iPad.

Is there a way to start fresh. Meaning delete all apps on iTunes and then push Apps from iPad to itunes for a fresh start?

But then what about all my music? It will take 60 minutes to rebuild. Seems like there should be a way to clear apps out of iTunes and make the device system of record. Then resync to update iTunes.

Control+A on windows or Option+A on Mac to select all apps. Then delete them and on your iPhone that has all your apps left click or tap with 2 fingers(Mac) and click transfer purchases. All your apps will be transferred to iTunes from your iPhone
