Force open?

Is there anyway to force open a app that crashes on the start up everytime. I have restarted my phone and deleted it and reinstall it. 3G 4.2

Perhaps with a jailbreak tweak; I don't know of a way to do so with the stock iOS installed.

I do have a jailbroken phone
