flixter ,imdb and many other similar applications not playing trailers

hello i am new to the forum so please bear with me..i have flixter and imdb..they open and work well but every time i click to watch any trailer .it starts then takes me back right to the previous page.i tried downloading similar applications but same thing happens..i know it is not a network error .so can anyone please help?i tried deleting then reinstalling the apps.but same thing..i restarted phone but problem is still there..so please help
