There s no app available that can directly play Flash content. Adobe has stopped all development of Flash for mobile devices, and Apple has never supported it. There are, however, several apps that will convert Flash to a form that can be played on the iPhone. This is done through proxy servers, then sent back to the app for playing on your iPhone. Puffin browser, iSwifter and Skyfire are several such apps.

But by the time the content is buffered to the point where you can actually stream it without it stopping every 2 seconds, you might as well just wait until you get home or something and watch it then. Tried Skyfire and Puffin. It takes forever for it to convert a 10 minute video.
