Is it possible to build an app for my employees that would show them their metrics? We report these metrics now via access and exporting into spreadsheets. My end goal is to have an app they can open at any time and put in their employee code and it populates their metrics or overall score compared to the rest.
With that said, in the access/excel world this is put together rather easily. Ive never built a app and only know of x-code but can code some with VB. Can something like this be done and could I learn to do something like this rather quickly?
