Find Friends & Family

I read somewhere that this would possible if both parties agree for a specific time period. That we could locate each other, but I can't seem to to find the activation of this feature in the Settings menu, is it somewhere else? I have an iPhone 4S, naturally running iOS5 and iCloud.
