Actually FIFA always comes out earlier than PES so I guess you won't wait long about FIFA. I think I have heard people say that FIFA is out or something...

EA Sports doesn't add Online Multiplayer on their iOS games such as FIFA Soccer 12 or Madden 12 because people would rate the games bad due to wimpy people too scared to lose and will exit the game before the match is over. Also certain Wi-Fi strengths and Wireless Networks would make the game lag in online multiplayer mode and mess up the whole gameplay experience.
