Fast Charging?

I received my Belkin 10W wireless charging pad a couple of days ago. I do not think it charges any faster than if the mobile is tethered to the laptop. In 25 minutes time, it only charged my mobile up by about 2%. That cannot be normal, can it? I realise the mobile is probably only working at 5W charging, but still, that seems slow.

That is fast charging compared to other wireless chargers that have lower wattage. It is not a comparison to charging speed of wired charging.

Wow, my ghasted is flabbered! Somehow I thought it would be at least as fast as my laptop allows the phone to charge.
