The iPhone 6 Plus has FaceTime unless it was purchased in a country that prohibits FaceTime, such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE. iPhones and other iOS devices purchased in these countries do not have the FaceTime app installed and it's not possible to install it after purchase. What country was your iPhone 6 Plus purchased in?
