Facebook, Twitter, Etc.. won't load without a wifi connection

I got my iPhone 4 yesterday, Everything works great but my Facebook and Twitter wont load without an Wi-Fi connection. Anyone know what's going on?

you just got a bug
step 1. plug iphone 4 into itunes
step 2. stop any syncing (or wait til it is done)
step 3. right click on iphone 4 in itunes and select back up , wait til it is finished
step 4. (step 3 finished) click restore , wait til finished
step 5 (when step 4 is done )and iphone 4 is rebooted (itunes will automatically do it) it will show up with a message click restore under Jake'siPhone(just an example) or what ever you backed it up as please do not click set up under new iphone that will mess it up
step 6. wait until finished
