Facebook Emails

Could someone tell me if it's possible to stop getting Emails from my forums on Facebook.
Driving me nuts. I have not been using it long

I think you mean notifications?

If ya, then just turn off the option on the Facebook interface.

Or you could just delete your Facebook profile. Avoid the searching for that option altogether.

Thanks man it's not quite what l was after but it stops the Emails

Most forums have an option to be notified by email if a subscribed thread has any activity. I've found this to be the default most of the time but you can open each thread and change this to no notification. Future threads should allow you to choose to or not to, unless the particular site/forum automatically subscribes to an answered thread.
