I don't get it, am I suppose to have a Face Time app on my iPhone 4?

it is incorporated into your contacts. There is no physical app you open. Open a contact up and there should be a button for FaceTime.

Yes, it's there, but you'll have to look in Contacts and perhaps the Settings menus to access it. Good luck -- mine works only if I stand on one foot, wear my Gun N Roses T-shirt , and it's midnight with a full moon. In other words, it's quite quirky. Skype is sooooo much better.

Get Viber people, not sure if it has cam, but it's free VoIP, and if you have it too we can call each other free worldwide.

yes but it works just like Skype, where it uses data, so it's only really good for WiFi otherwise 2gig will be used up in no time.

you can always install and reinstall it off of cydia and it'll permanently work. mine disconnected a lot and i did that, no problems since.
