eBay Updates Mobile App to Include Bar Code Scanner

eBay has done a particularly good job with its very functional iOS apps, and now it's added even more improvements with a new update for the eBay Mobile iPhone app, as reported by TechRadar. The update features several new design elements, such as an all-new “Quick View” home screen which enables you to see your buyers and sellers and instant updates on items. Another new addition is the “Sell One Like This” feature, which enables you to quickly compose a listing for an item with many of the details already completed such as category and item condition. The ability to save and share your favourite searches has also been added, including alerts set up to let you know when new items matching your saved searches are listed for sale. Another very interesting feature of the update is an integrated RedLaser barcode scanner, which eBay says will enable users to scan and comparison shop across a wide range of merchandise including electronics, movies and videogames. Looks like a useful app has just got even more useful!
