Easy Quick Way to Add MP4's To iPhone?

I did a search but came up empty.

I just added a mp4 movie to my iPhone. I tried so many different ways that didn't work but eventually got the file on the iPhone. Now I don't remember what worked.

I'm looking for what might be considered the simplest, easy way to add a mp4 file to the iPhone. My way sucks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
