Dotted Circle After I Sync Ringtones

Hello,
i've spent the last 5 hours trying to put custom ringtones on my iphone 4, i've done everything correctly but everytime i sync then i don't find the ringtone on my iphone, and when i go to "on this iphone" on itunes 11 then to the ringtones i find it, but greyed, next to it a dotted circle here a pictures, i've tried suggestions i found all over the internet but nothing seem to work, i'm really confused !
all the ringtones i tried to put were .m4r and less than 30 seconds and by the way my iphone is not jailbroken.
help me please !

Just a thought . I guess you made your ringtones with iTunes ? Before you put the Mr4 ringtone in the sound folder , you must take it out of the music folder .
