Deleted mail keeps dowloading

Anyone have this happen. I noticed (since iOS 5) that every so often mail that wad deleted several days ago will download again. Do I have a setting wrong???

Nope. Sounds like your server has the burps!

What phone are you working with, the Iphone 4S or and older one? If you are using an older phone with the new software its a good chance something went wrong with your DL of IOS5. You might want to delete your email and then add it back and see if this does the trick.
