My computer at work/Windows XP Professional, shuts down completely If I attempt to create my itunes account/folder. I have tried using different PC's at the office - but the shutdown repetes itself. Any suggestions?

I was gonna say buy a mac. lol. but if your at work that wont help much. heck my work wont even let us download itunes.
