Cydia lockscreen themes not working

Can anybody tell me programes I need to get this working? It was working but now it'd stoped i think I may have deleted Somthing by mistake

Delete the one you have in yoir device at the moment, respring then download it again and apply it.

do you have winterboard installed?

You said that the theme was working before but now it will not work. Is the theme installed on your winterboard? If yes put it up in the winterboard themes list and then respring. If it's not installed in your winterboard and it's tweaked into the iOS, delete the theme and reinstall it again. But i'm sure you should find it in your winterboard.
