Contacts not syncing...

You have to go to Settings>iCloud>Contacts and make sure the switch is turned on for each device in order for contacts to be shared between devices through iCloud.

Is there any automatic save option in that like if i add new contact it will go and save in account and sync too .

If you add a contact on one device it should appear on all your devices that have the switch turned on to allow contacts to be shared between devices.
