Contact groups?

Can anyone suggest a good app for grouping contacts

One app that has found favor with many here (and at iPad Forum, our sister site) is the app "Mail Shot." You can try the Lite version, which allows you to add 5 people to a group and you can make 3 groups. The Pro version is $3.99 (USD) and you can make up to 100 groups of 100 or more people (amount depends on you ISP).

It works great and the group (that you name) goes right into your Contacts. Maybe worth a shot?
