Changing iPhone camera filming settings

Hello,

I like to film emergency vehicles in my free time, and I use an iPhone 12 Pro. Currently, the settings are on 4K at 60 fps, but the blue emergency lights are way too light blue than they are in real life. How do I make them seem more blue?

Yes, videos all over youtube have a much more "true blue" colour to their emergency lights, like in real life.
