Can't sink my iphone to my desktop itunes

Help guys why can't I sink music from itunes to my phone. I do have a ios 10.01 and my phone is 6s. What are the probable cause of this?

Have you updated iTunes to the latest version ?

The latest version of iTunes is 12.5.1.21.
