Can't receive/send any messages! Urgent help needed!

This is an image of what pops up when I go to a contact's name and press 'send message'/try to compose a message by pressing 'new message'.

As you can see, any way I try, I am unable to compose messages, I've repeatedly tries to go back to Cydia packages to see what I've downloaded that may have affected my messages in any way, after deleting them all I still have no success, thus being forced to create a forum. I jailbroke my phone yesterday and I really don't want to un-jailbreak it!
Any help/advice/tips/suggestions would be really appreciated.

I'm sorry, I just read that and it didn't make a lot of sense, I'll rephrase it.
basically, when I find a contact (by pressing the + button on the message app), it automatically changes the contacts name to (no name). It also does this if I go to contacts and press 'send message', when it brings up the messages app, it automatically changes it to (no name).
