Can't get Twitter to emit the "Tweet" sound

Joined Twitter in January 2017, and can't get my IP7+ to emit the "Tweet" sound when a new tweet comes in. Using the twitter app from the App Store, and under Sounds & Haptics I have it set to the "Tweet" sound, yet when a new tweet comes in, all I get it the generic alert sound. What am I doing wrong?

IP7+ is on the latest firmware, current Twitter app. Rebooted many times, deleted and downloaded the Twitter app a few times. What am I doing wrong?

and see if notifications are enabled

Putting it on alerts should (may)fix it
