Can someone help me with a little advice please?

Hi all. I'm expecting my first ever iphone to be delivered tomorrow (white 16gb 4s).

I've been an android user for a couple of years now and always enjoyed the freedom and customization options of rooting my phones. I'm just wondering if there is any way orange (my network, UK) or apple can tell if i jailbreak my new iphone. I've already downloaded the new absinthe jailbreak but i'm just looking for saome clarification on the matter as i don't want to end up with a broken phone or get in trouble.

There is no way for them to know if you Jaibreake'd your device or not. On less you take it to apple store for warranty while is jailbroken. Just restore in itunes if you needs to take it for warranty and you should be fine
