Could be a standard clip-on case with a custom paint job. The protrusion above the mute switch could just be an illusion caused by the viewing angle.
I googled it and similar cases came up but nothing exactly like that.
Thats what I've come up with as well! I'm beginning to think I won't find it!!

I did send her a tweet a few days ago, so far nothing. I even tried asking her on Instagram after I noticed she posted something! :-(
