Camera Roll Photos into iTunes

How do I get the photos/videos in Camera Roll off the iPhone 4S into iTunes?

When you connect your iPhone to your laptop to sync it, on the left of your screen you will see your phones name...click there...then look in the center top of the screen you will see a tab that says "photos"...click it...there will be a box to sync photos...click it...that should get your photos to your laptop/macbook whatever you use to sync your iphone to.

Just set up iCloud on your mac/pc. Photos will automatically be there in photo stream.

iCloud does not work with XP Pro :~(
