If I only want to use the Google Calendar app, can I uninstall the Apple iPhone Calendar app without consequence? Or, can I inactivate it? I’m getting notifications from each.

I may have solved the double notification issue. I turned off notifications for the native Apple Calendars app. I’ll see how that works.

If you are getting notifications from the native Calendar App, you must have entries with alerts in it. If you really don’t want to use it, you can delete it without any consequences other than losing whatever entries you have made.
