my wife needs a calendar that schedules down to every 15 min. does iphone 4 have one like this or is there calendar apps available that can?

My wife and I like Pocket Informant. We've used it on several platforms.

Can you use pocket informant on your pc and iphone and sync them? also, is it possible to schedule down to the quarter hour(every 15 min).
