CalDAV account ?

I have the 4s and I am curious what I need to do to solve the problem I am currently having. Whenever I Power Up my phone or awake from Sleep up pops a message that has a box that is Titled Password Required. Then in the Text window it says: Enter the password for the CalDAV account. Then it gives you a place to put in the password then
below that there are the Cancel or OK buttons and it works to hit either one but what a PAIN it is to do this everytime Does anyone have any Suggestions? Thanks...
