Possible Hack?

Hello all,

I recently have been having an issue with a pop-up on my phone. It says:

Password Required

Enter the password for the CalDAV account "Yahoo!"

Anybody seen this before? Could someone be attempting to hack my phone or possibly already hacked it? Tried looking up info on CalDAV but didn't see any association with a particular app. Thanks in advance.

I highly highly doubt anyone hacked your iPhone.

Try deleting "all" email accounts, rebooting, then add them again.

Deleted my yahoo email account from the phone and it ended the popups! Thanks a lot zig9449!

You have asked your iPhone to sync your calendar or you have subscribed to a calendar and this is the Yahoo CalDAV service requesting your password for access.

It's an application or the Calendar app that makes this problem occur, your iPhone has not been hacked.

If you are not jail broken, there is virtually no way for someone to hack into your iPhone. They need physical access to download and install unauthorized software, and even then they can only install software from the App Store - which is carefully screened - unless they jail break your phone.
