Bluetooth peripheral device no driver found

Good day,

I have searched the web regarding this issue, after connecting the iPhone 4 to my pc running Windows 7 (64 bit), and have come across a variety of views ranging from solutions ( that have not worked) to Apple is blocking a access from Microsoft to their devices.

Best bet was to consult with the experts then, hence my post.
Is this possible or not?
