Bluetooth does not find my earphones

The Bluetooth on my iPhone X does not found my Jabra elite earphones my iPhone 7 found them I am on the latest version of iOS unfortunately it doesn’t help

Try powering down the phone and then power back up or a reset of the phone. This may help. Hope you get the issue resolved!! Good day.

Try disconnecting your iPhone 7 from them (turn off its Bluetooth) then try to connect with the X

I did reset to my iPhone 7 and sold it
