bluetooth as headphones

Is there any way you can use your bluetooth headset to listen to pandora and itunes? I have been playing with it all morning and I cant figure out any way too.

I think on pandora there is a little Bluetooth symbol to the right of the audio slider where you can select the source you want.

When you have a Bluetooth headset paired to your phone to the right of the audio slider is a Bluetooth icon that allows you to choose. Speakers,headphones,Bluetooth.
