I'd like to share an awesome ringtone maker app - Mr. Ringtone. I really like it!
This app is very straightforward to use, you can easily use it to clip your songs from iPod library, and make some effects, and then make a unique ringtone. Those effects are like "fade in", "fade out", "pitch shift", "duration change". Moreover, record voice is also allowed.
Duratoin change is amazing!! First, I clip the song to 18 seconds and then drag the duration slider to slow the playback speed, thus I can make a ringtone of 36 secs if I drag the slider to max (2X). On the other hand, I can drag the slider to the min(0.5X) to make a ringtone of 9 seconds. It's very cool!!
Pitch shift is also interesting. you can use pitch shift to change the voice frequency, such as change man voice to woman voice or animal voice (squirrel).
fade in/fade out can change the volume of ringtons when start or end.
