Available Memory Displayed - Gone - How Do I Get It Back?

When the IOS was 6.XX I had the available memory displayed at the very top of the screen. I upgraded to 7.04 and that available memory is now gone.

The phone is jailbroken.

Is there anyway to get that available memory to be displayed again?
