Apps for hidden answers?

Hi, does anyone know of any iphone apps which enable you to store questions with hidden answers, so that when reading questions for revision, the answers are not staring at you, but you can click or swipe or touch etc when ready to view it? I am currently learning a language and have written some English sentences with matching foreign sentences to keep testing myself. However, I don't like to see the answers right beneath each one but would like them hidden somehow. Surely there must be an app for that. Cheers.

There are flash card apps that may do what you are looking for. I use one called Flashcards* on my phone
