Apps crashing when opened

Hiii , guys please help me i have iphone 4s and when ever i m using new app or game its been crashing down and after that i have to shut down that app and have to start over again .... Please help me and reply as soon as possible ..... For what reason this is happening ????

Which version of iOS is on your device and where are you downloading the apps/games from.

IOS 6.1.3 is in my phone n all apps i am downloading from apple app store
