Application for managing music on iOS device

Does anyone know if there is an application for managing the music library on iOS? I'd like to be able to import music into my library from files transferred onto the device (ie over the internet or bluetooth from other devices) into my library, editing the tags and adding album art without having to transfer them onto a PC only to transfer them back.

PWNTunes(in Cydia) is a very powerful tool....

I use it to drag and drop music straight onto my iPhone without iTunes...music is integrated into the iPod app...you can download music from the iPhone itself and integrate into iPod app...
