Apple Watch activity awards

[J. A.102]

My challenge was absolutely not tough this month, but just because I don’t get exercise minutes easily when I’m walking; and the weather wasn’t good enough for cycling until June.

I’ve already achieved my July Challenge, two workouts this month.

My July challenge shows that I need to go 206.7 miles to attain it. Must be different then yours? Here is a screenshot.

The monthly challenge awards are personalized for each user. In July 2017 I had to go 793.5 km to get the award.

There are new move goals for 1,250, 1,500, 1,750, and 2,000 days. I’ve retroactively received the 1,250 day move award.

The September activity award is not going to be easy. I usually don’t do much activity during the weekend as I work outside all week and it has been a hot one here around central FL. September activity challenge is to get 18,700 calories burned. That is about 633 calories a day. I come close to that during the week, but not the weekend. I’ll have to start using my mountain bike a lot more during the weekend!!!
