This makes it simple! Apple compiled a list of the automobiles which will support their CarPlay Infotainment System. Previously, we were left a bit "in the dark" because we basically needed to wait on the car manufacturers to let us know if they were adding CarPlay support to one of their vehicles.
There is one caveat to this list. Apparently, not all of the most recent additions have been added to it (as of the time of this post). A notable example is some of the Fiat Chrysler models. If there is a car you were hoping would have CarPlay, but isn't on this list, you should probably hit up their individual website to get more detailed info.
