I do disagree, the 3G/3GS design was close to perfect, the iP4 was and still is a good looking phone, but handling it is less comfortable than the 3G/S.

So i really hope the design is closer to the 3G/S

Besides I really think the iPhone 4 looked much better than the other models.

Probably not. I asked an AT&T rep that question. I don't know how Verizon works, but with AT&T you can do the early upgrade.
