In the past few months, we've seen site analytics from multiple sources showing visitors using firmwares iOS 8.2, iOS 8.3 and even iOS 9. Though, at the time of this writing, none of the aforementioned firmwares have been released to the public, that isn't stopping Apple from testing yet another firmware in the iOS 8.x series.

9to5Mac reports that the site's Google Analytics show devices visiting from a mysterious iOS 8.4 firmware. The iOS 8.4 firmware holds the codename Copper, an homage to a ski resort in Colorado. The blog's sources claim say that iOS 8.4 will be released after the Apple Watch, just before iOS 9 goes into developer beta testing.

It is unknown what iOS 8.4 will bring to our devices. 9to5Mac claims that Apple is "currently considering" adding its rumored music streaming service into the Music app with this update. Although we can't say for certain what Apple is planning to do here, rumors have been stacking up regarding the Beats Music/iTunes merger.
