App for searching keywords on phone not web

M looking for an app that will search for certain words on my phone. i.e. a word that may be in a notes section of a contact. Or search all docs for a specific date. Is there such an animal?

Yes there is! This beast is so good Apple included it with the firmware. It's called Spotlight search. Scroll all the way to the right.

Looking for an app that searches similar to The Palm searches deeper into contacts and note for specific words. Spotlight does not do that.
