[FONT=&quot]TUAW reports that AOL has today launched an iPhone version of its Play music app, which was previously only available on Android after being launched at the SxSW festival. The social music app enables you to play songs from your music library on a fancy custom music player, as well as giving you the opportunity to listen to plenty of free music, with free streaming albums and MP3s, and features such as CD Listening Party, MP3 of the Day, SHOUTcast radio (with access to over 47,000 stations) and much more. You can also use the app to share music with your friends on PLAY, Twitter and Facebook, and you can also Comment and Like your friends’ music. The discovery aspect of the app is also very well developed, enabling you to find new music from your friends’ favourites list and from PLAY, and also preview your friends’ music via PLAY, iTunes and Rdio.
