Aren’t they all world phones now? Was at Apple today, guy at table was exchanging one he bought a few weeks ago in London, wanted more capacity. No problem with the exchange (I was watching). Asked him about it and the old antenna difference thing and he said it didn't seem to be a factor, the iPhone 15 he bought worked in London and worked in WI where we were. And then we both discussed recent visits to Italy and I realized my even older iPhone had no issues working the whole trip.

To make differentiation easier, the three different iPhone X models as the iPhone X (Verizon/Sprint/China/India/A1865), iPhone X (AT&T/T-Mobile/Global/A1901), and iPhone X (Japan/A1902). These models largely are identical, but most notably network support is different.
