A Little Cheap Data

Hi!

Glad to have found the forum and I hope I can contribute.

In the past, I jailbroke my 3G and blocked all data (AT&T). Is there a way to allow data, but only pay the non-smartphone rates of $10/ month unlimited or $2/ MB? I really only want mobile data for emergencies. I usually am around Wi-Fi.
