6s blocked by reset

Hello I got the iPhone 6S , I start my apps and iPhone ( iPhone 5s) put long time to get back on the 6S .
I read so had to do a reset, charging is now blocked ...

Which reset did you perform? Did you press Power and Home button simultaneously, or did you erase everything from your iPhone, and try to start with a "new" device?
What exactly is blocked?
No matter which reset you choose, charging the iPhone happens automatically, and can't be blocked.
Please provide more information, so that we'll know exactly what has happened, and if and how we can help.
