3G data connection drops

ive noticed a lot more lately that my 3G will just randomly go away and sometimes comes right back and other times takes forever it seems.
im currently jailbroke on 4.2.6

I read an article not to long ago that explained the 3G signal fluctuations was due to Verizon setting up 4GLTE modems on cell towers. I guess that could explain it?! Lol.

yeah i was with 4 people tonight and 3 of us all had the same problem except the one person whos iphone had a texas area code and we had ohio ones
