Yes, you can have it like that. Once you plug in an iPhone into your computer (Mac or PC) and open iTunes, it is able to recognize the different iPhones, even if they are plugged in at the same time. You can set each one to sync with the users desires just by selecting the phone on the left under "Devices" in iTunes.
